Hi Deepak and Alice,
Thanks for coordinating the trip for us. We enjoyed ourselves and the service and interactions provided from all of you including the guides and porters were excellent.
The organisation was very smooth. Everything from the pick-up at the airport, to the arrangement of accommodation, trek, city tours, meals was very well done. We can see that the company has come far and evolved into a well-oiled machinery to provide this level of service. The trek was paced well and Krishna was accommodating and gave his best to answer all our questions. In addition, he showed us camping grounds and CIP opportunities for school trips. In addition, the weather was great for trekking, not rainy, not too hot – and of course my company of friends was the icing on the cake.
We really appreciate that you took time to meet us at the hotel on the first day and at Nagarkot. Also appreciate your director’s presence at our last cultural dinner. These little things tell us a lot about how much importance you place on customer service and we really appreciate that. Krishna and the porters were also friendly and very helpful in ensuring that we were safe.
Food was great and plenty throughout. We enjoyed the food though it started to get a bit repetitive after a while – but it gave us greater appreciation of nepalese food. In terms of accommodation, I must say that Woodland Hotel was very good – hot shower, comfortable beds and lots of space. The guesthouse in Jiule was good. Overall, I must say that it was more than satisfactory and exceeded my expectations.
Nepal is charming. Interestingly, the trek through the villages and with the amazing views were the highlight for us. Enjoyed observing life in the village and the warmth of the people as we walk pass them. Personally for me, I enjoyed the city tour as well.
I would definitely like to return to Nepal to embark on longer treks in future. And yes I will travel with Divine International again.
Thanks again for all the arrangements.
