Day 1
Arrival in Amman
Upon arrival into Amman you’ll be met by your private driver and taken to your hotel.
Day 2 | B, L
Amman – Jerash – Amman City Tour
Transfer to visit Jerash; the best-preserved example of Roman civilization, part of the Decapolis (The ten big Roman cities of the east) has been called the Pompeii of the east for its unique state of preservation, featuring theatres, churches, temples (Zeus and Artemis), a Nymphaeum and colonnaded streets, lunch at Artemis restaurant.
Back to Amman; the Capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, first known as a Rabbath Ammoun in the Iron Age, and later as Philadelphia, one of several Greco-Roman cities in the urban confederation known as the Decapolis, and recently the «white City» due to the white stone used to build its’ houses, visiting the Roman Theatre, Citadel, Folklore & Archeological Museum. Overnight at hotel in Amman.
Day 3 | B, L, D
Amman – Madaba – Nebo – Kerak – Petra
Drive towards the south via the Kings’ Road in the direction of Petra. On the way, visit of Madaba, containing the oldest mosaic map of the Holy Land and one of the most famous mosaic schools. Visit of Mount Nebo with Moses’ tomb, overlooking the Dead Sea and the valley of the Jordan River. Arrival at Kerak through the “Wadi Mujib”. Visit of the fortress called “Moabites’ Crac”, built by the Crusaders. Lunch at Kings Castle restaurant. Drive to Petra. Dinner and overnight in Petra.
Day 4 | B, L, D
Petra
A full day will be dedicated to the visit of Petra, the great red rose city sculptured in the Sharah Mountains by the Nabateansmore more than 2.000 years ago, and forgotten until its discovery by the Swiss Burkhardt. A walk in the Siq, a narrow alley between the rocks, will bring you to the Treasure “Khazneh”, then to the Roman Theatre, to Qasr Bint Pharaoun, to the Temple of the Lion, among many others. You can try a walk up to the Monastery. Lunch at Basin restaurant. Dinner and overnight in Petra.
Day 5 | B, L, D
Petra – Little Petra & Beidah – Wadi Rum
Fifteen minutes drive from Petra to Little Petra & Beidah; walk through 8,000 year old excavated stone age village sat Beidah and Basta, wander among the ruins of settlements of the biblical Edomites, to explore the sprawling remains of the Roman legionary fortress at Udruh.
Continue to Wadi Rum; the desert and its awesome moon-like landscape, where the film “Lawrence of Arabia” was shot, lunch at Wadi Rum Resthouse. The Jeeps will be ready to do a 2 hours tour in 4×4 vehicles. Dinner and overnight at Camp in Wadi Rum.
Day 6 | B, D
Wadi Rum – Dead Sea
Via Araba road to the Dead Sea; with its’ year-round sunny skies and dry air, located in the Jordan Rift Valley, about 422 meters below sea level, one of the world’s saltiest bodies of water, where it falls short of accommodating any life, due to the extremely high content of salts. Leisurely afternoon for swimming. Free lunch at dead sea hotel. Dinner and overnight at Dead Sea Hotel.

Dead Sea – Amman Airport
Transfer to Amman Airport for departure.
